My name is Alex Fisch.

I am an intuitive transitional coach; a strategist for the soul.

I have spent over twenty years at the epicenter of innovation, guiding the success of hundreds of individuals on projects within the world’s most influential organizations—including Apple, Google, Universal, and Nike. My track record is in architecting individuals’ growth.  I have successfully transitioned entry and mid-level talent into the ranks of executives, screenwriters, and entrepreneurs. I have guided senior-level talent toward career-defining projects that help cement their long-term legacy. I know the mechanics of "making it" because I helped build the machines, but I also know when those mechanics no longer serve your soul.

A few years ago, the ground shifted. The career I built didn’t fulfill me like it once had;  The professional values and goals that I once embraced were now out of tune. I realized my greatest gift wasn't the management of the projects themselves, but in the people behind them, helping people recognize their talent and guide their evolution.  I felt a calling to take the strategic precision I used for those Fortune 500 companies and apply it to the most important project of all: the individual.

I help people thrive and translate their talents into new languages. Whether you are pivoting to a creative calling, launching a heart-centered venture, questioning what you believe about yourself, or redefining what "success" looks like, I provide the strategic scaffolding to make that leap, and your journey, safe and successful. I help you find the courage and clarity to take you where you want to go. I am a Minneapolis native, made Los Angeles my home for twenty-two years, and now live in Abiquiu, New Mexico, with a gaggle of horses, dogs, and cats. I have certifications in hypnotherapy, human design, astrology, and Reiki.
